We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@pawjogger.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
