Shipping Policy

We want your PawJogger gear to arrive quickly so you and your dog can hit the trails. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • EU countries: 3–5 business days
  • Select international destinations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as holiday seasons.

Free Shipping
