Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every PawJogger set is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so it takes us 4–10 business days to build and dispatch it (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves us.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, transit times are:

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
• EU countries: 4–9 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere: 6–12 business days

Counting build time and transit together, most orders arrive within 10–18 business days. Every parcel is tracked, and we email you the number the moment it ships.

These are estimates and can move with carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as the holiday season. If your order passes 18 business days, email us and we'll chase it or replace it.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
