1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pawjogger.com and all related services, content, and products (the "Service") offered by PawJogger ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are.

3. Products and pricing

  • We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately. Slight variation between the website images and the actual product is possible.
  • All prices are shown in the currency selected by your store region. Prices may change without notice but the price at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Promotional offers (discount codes, bundle savings) are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, and we reserve the right to cancel any offer at any time.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you paid.

4. Orders and payment

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email and your payment is captured.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant providers (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store card numbers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. We offer free worldwide shipping. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. In short: 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. The item must be in unused condition. Email hello@pawjogger.com to start a return.

7. Intended use and warnings

  • Our products are designed for running and walking with dogs. They are not a substitute for proper dog training. If your dog has aggressive behavior, reactivity issues, or medical conditions, consult a professional trainer or veterinarian before use.
  • Always inspect the product before each use. Stop using if you see fraying, broken buckles, or any wear that could compromise safety.
  • We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper fit, or failure to follow basic safety practices when running with a dog (visibility, traffic awareness, hydration, paw care, etc.).

8. Intellectual property

All content on pawjogger.com — text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, design — is owned by PawJogger or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. Using our product photos for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.

9. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing purposes (on our website, social channels, and ads). You can request removal of your content at any time by emailing hello@pawjogger.com.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Product performance depends on factors outside our control (your dog's behavior, terrain, weather, runner skill).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawJogger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PawJogger harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where PawJogger is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
