30-Day Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Items that show signs of use, have been washed, or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us — Email info@pawjogger.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions.
  2. Pack your item — Place the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship it back — Send the package to the return address provided in our reply. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

We do not charge any restocking fees. What you paid is what you receive back.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us at info@pawjogger.com and we'll arrange an exchange for you. Subject to availability, exchanges are processed at no extra charge.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
