2. What data we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone (optional), payment method (processed securely by Shopify Payments or Shop Pay — we never see or store card details).
  • Account data: email, password (hashed), order history if you create an account.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer, timestamps. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing data: email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, click behavior in our emails (open + click tracking), advertising identifiers (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4).
  • Customer support: any information you choose to send us when you email hello@pawjogger.com.

We only share data with service providers who help us run the store:
