When will my order ship?
Most of our items are made to order. Standard products typically ship within 5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Will prices show on the packing slip if it's a gift?
Nope — we keep it classy. Gift orders never include prices in the packaging.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and applied where legally required, based on your billing address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@pawjogger.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
What if my order isn't what I expected?
If you're in the EU or another eligible country, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us at hello@pawjogger.com to start the return process.
Please make sure items are clean (free of pet hair, lint, etc.) before sending anything back to avoid restocking fees.
If you're making an exchange and your replacement item is in stock, we’ll send it out within about 2 weeks of receiving your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s on the way.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom gear is not eligible for returns, but it is fully covered under warranty if there's a defect. If there’s a sizing issue, let us know — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders are handled by reliable carriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll see shipping rates in your cart before checkout.
How do you ship domestic orders?
We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or your local postal service, depending on what gives you the best rates and speed. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking info.
My dog chewed up the gear — now what?
We get it. Dogs chew things. While our warranty doesn’t cover chewing or wear and tear, we may be able to help. If a part like a buckle is damaged, we can often repair it. Email us at hello@pawjogger.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do! If you run a brick-and-mortar store and are interested in carrying PawJogger gear, send us an email at hello@pawjogger.com with your store details and VAT or tax ID.
